The latest Republican stupidity
Global Temperatures Fell 1 Degree in 12 months. This is Siberia's coldest Winter in 149 Years. The Northern Hemisphere continues to drop in temperature.
Listen up your republican retards because I'm going to explain what global cooling is. I know it's hard for you to wrap your undeveloped brains around, but this shit is BAD, and is a result of the Global Warming (ie, the Ozone Layer depleting). To bring everyone up to speed: The latest anti Global Warming campaign calls on the fact that the average global temperature has dropped in the past year (2007-2008).
The Ozone Layer is like a thermos, keeping the Earth safe from volitile temperatures. The sun is like, a billion degrees, and space is like negative a billion degrees, but earth stays a healthy livable temperature because of the Ozone layer (Fig 1).
Remember Apollo 13 with Tom Hanks? When the power went out they all started to freeze. That's because it's fucking cold in space. Without the Ozone Layer, the dark side of Earth would reach -273 degrees celsius on the surface. That's colder than Dick Cheney's heart. Meanwhile, the Earth's surface that is exposed to sunlight soaks up heat like a tanning sorority chick. You know that unhealthy leathery color that her skin turns? Multiply that by about fifteen billion times. Without the Ozone Layer, the side of the earth exposed to sun would instantly fry, and all water would evaporate in seconds, and go hang out with Neptune. (Fig 2)
There's a scene in Armageddon, when they were all on the asteroid, running from the sun rising. Frozen pockets of water were bursting into evaporate, having changed a few thousand degrees in seconds. With no Ozone layer, that shit would happen on Earth. On the dark side of earth you'd have a stupid-cold surface. A few inches away on the sunny side of earth, you'd have boiling temperatures.(Fig 3)
So guess what geniuses... the average global temperature lowering by a degree is caused by the Ozone Layer eroding. The Earth is cooling to the temperature of space. It's an equivocation that God threw at humankind to confuse the rutabaga-IQ brains of judgmental right wingers. The Ozone Layer disappearing has been dubbed "Global Warming", whether that's a misnomer or not is up for debate. But what's not up for debate is that the temperatures lowering is a result of the Ozone Layer going away. You understand? G.D. ridiculous.
I understand that some of you haven’t gone through higher education, and some of you haven't completed highschool. But even when I take this into consideration, I still find it frustrating that you insist on debunking Global Warming as if it were an alien conspiracy.

Okay seriously, everyone has moved past trying to prove global warming and is already on the "try to fix" phase. There are several people, like you and a few crack pot masters-degree "scientists" who don't know enough about the subject, and make up cute little reasons global warming doesn't exist. Please hurry up and catch up with the rest of the civilized world.
